In the US, federal law defines guy pornography as:

(A) the production of such visual depiction involves the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct;

There is no legal problem for bared breasts or even full nudity for those over the legal age of consent but for those age it would be illegal under the guydie porn laws in Canada. In Canada age of consent is 16.
The penalties for possesion and distribution of guydie porn in Canada are very severe.

You all know what I'm talking about. There's always an incidence where a young teenage girl has taken a nude pic/video of herself and then it ends up getting out and everyone sees it. So in your opinion, do these acts say something about the girl or is it just fun and games?

The girl's are usually insecure with their own bodies & take these pictures, or have a close friend or sister take them, so that they can analyze their bodies. They go over them with a magnifying glass picking every flaw, degrading themselves terribly! Some, completely demoralizing themselves to the point that they MUST somehow begin "throwing" themselves out there, to try & find ways to build up their confidence.

99.99% of the times this ALWAYS end badly, & often times even tragically for these poor girls. They find themselves getting in way too deeply in things way over their heads that they're definitely not maturely ready for. That they're not morally ready for, all in the name of insecurity within themselves when in fact, in reality they may be among the most beautiful, well built girls in their school,, but it doesn't matter, it's what they have PICTURED themselves as being IS ALL they're able to see!

An insecure girl like this will take a boys "false" actions, & sayings as deep truths, & in turn weave their entire lives & beings around them. Their entire life is over to them! They have NOTHING MORE to live for!
